Return & Exchange

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return & Exchange

  1. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange of product of same value. We do not refund the difference for exchange of desired product that is of lesser value. Top up is require if value of desired item is higher than the exchange item.
  2. The shipping cost for both ways will be carried by our customer. 
  3. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unused, undamaged and clean with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns must include original pouch or box, wrapped in bubble wrap and put in the envelope.
  4. No exchange are accepted without following the proper exchange approval from us.
  5. Items will be processed once received and are subject to inspection upon their return. Please allow 7-10 days for approval to exchange your items. 
  6. You may use the store credit to repurchase your desired new items.
  7. No outbound shipping costs from the original order will be refunded or credited.
  8. If you are returning the package from outside Singapore, you must write and declare the parcel as “RETURN” on your custom declaration.
  9. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  10. La Wish by Angie reserves the right to refuse exchange that are damaged or show signs of slight wear.
  11. No exchange are allowed for all earrings for hygiene purpose.
  12. All sale items or gift cards are final sale. We do not accept exchanges on these pieces.
